The Production of Set Screws

We offer set screws for oleodynamic systems with a high flexibility choice and precision of the diameter of the holes.
It’s essential for our company to respect some major characteristics:

• The tolerance of the hole (0 to +0.02 mm).
• The length of the caliber of the hole which is equivalent to its diameter with a tolerance that goes from 0 to 0.03 mm.

The precision of the drilling makes the screw more efficient, even with the variation of the oil’s viscosity caused by different temperatures (hot/cold oil). Screws compensate for the variation of the flow rate on varying the liquid pressure.

Types of Set Screws
